COMMUNITY ISSUES

If you have a query about artworks that were not accepted in the CDChallenge group, we kindly request that you review the contest rules first. Often, you will find the solution to your query there, saving you the wait for a direct response from us. However, if you have thoroughly reviewed the rules and still require clarification regarding your work, please complete the form provided below. To assist our team in addressing your concern effectively, ensure that you include a working URL that directly links to your artwork. Due to the substantial volume of daily submissions, providing a clear reference is essential for us to accurately identify the artwork in question.

IMPORTANT If you find that your access to the CDChallenge group has been revoked, it is likely due to behavior or attempted posts that violate the rules of the Character Design Challenge. In order to regain access to the group, the only avenue available is to submit a portfolio application. You can share the link to your portfolio with us by utilizing the form provided below. Our team will carefully review your request, and if it meets the necessary criteria, your access to the group will be reinstated.

This approach serves as an effective measure to maintain the authenticity of our community by preventing the presence of fake accounts, spammers, and hecklers on Facebook. By doing so, we can ensure that the conversations within our community remain genuine and conducive to meaningful engagement.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in upholding the integrity of our group.
