Art of Up

Up is an animation movie produced by Pixar Animation Studios and directed by Pete Docter in 2009. Docter began working on the story in 2004, which was based on fantasies of escaping from life when it becomes too irritating. The pictures on this page are a collection of artworks created for this movie.


THE STORY

Carl Fredricksen, a 78-year-old balloon salesman, is about to fulfill a lifelong dream. Tying thousands of balloons to his house, he flies away to the South American wilderness.
