Special Guest Juror's Message

Wouter Tulp

I am truly honoured to have the opportunity to be a guest juror for this challenge.

It takes courage to post the art that you created and put your heart and soul into online, for others to judge. Personally I believe art is no contest. We are all individuals, with our personal means to express ourselves. I have enjoyed looking at all of your entries, and I take my hat off for all of you.

Still it my task to pick a winner. After looking at all of the entries, I turned off my computer. There was one illustration that stuck in my mind. I think I like it so much because the artist has made strong design choices, beautiful colouring, and appealing shapes.
